Read this story today. I think the title of my post says it all.

so since they say we can't sterilize 'em, can't we at least make 'em wear a sign that says, "I'm stupid?"
And the sign could have a picture of the stupid thing they did, so anybodies thinking about breeding or practice-breeding with 'em might think twice, go home, and take care of business another way....
course SSM might say that's why the
Republicans turned to farm animals...but that's another post.
