I was trying to remember last night what my favorite toy was when I was a child. I remember a large train that I played a lot with. It was one of those "bump a wall and turn" types. It was battery operated and simulated the honk of a train. I thought it was just the coolest thing in the world.

I also remember a one eyed teddybear that I once tried to feed milk to. As a result, for years after, his snout was crusty. Teddy and I survived through a lot of adventures together. We once had to take on an invasion of space chickens and monsters... and won. The last time I saw him was 30 years ago. I wonder if he's still taking on space chickens.

EDIT: So, for the past 5 days the traffic has been pretty high with surfers landing here looking for pics of Jack Wild & Mark Lester.
