... done. It was an exciting game. The battle on the field kept going until it had to finally be decided through penalty kicks. Congratulations to the Italian team. Though I can't help but think that this one will be remembered more for the head-butt seen around the world than the win. Caught this pic when the wrap-up rolled as Zidane was red-carded for his offense and sent off the field past the trophy. I thought it said everything... sort of a "so close yet so far" shot. But hey... that's the breaks, huh?

Still, this truly is the world's game. When you are champion of the World Cup... you are world champions.
