... went to visit our friend tonight who recently lost his daughter. We sat and talked and ate and let him know that we are there for him. We shared stories, smiled and even laughed. Funeral services are this Friday... tonight though we celebrated life. As I returned home I couldn't help but marvel and was warmed with the knowledge that I know this pod of friends and feel fortunate for it.
