Heard the sad news last night that Peter Jennings passed peacefully. I admired his work and watched his news broadcast since I came to this country 26 years ago. Perhaps now he will finally get that exclusive with the Almighty.

What a sweet post. I think we will all miss him.
Of that triumvirate that delivered the news over terrestrial networks over the past 2 decades, he was my choice.
I liked Mr.Jennings too. He always managed to slide a more international view into what he was reporting. One just doesn't get a lot of that in the USA.
